Of course they're allowed to charge what they want, but have you never played another game on Steam that has DLC? How many of those games charge 90% the cost of the game for each of their DLC packs? Do you think other developers don't put time and effort into making their DLC too? They don't have a problem charging only a few bucks for each new download, especially if it's such a small amount of content. You have a problem with free market systems? You know, where poeple are allowed to charge what they want? Maybe you havnt gotten to that yet in school. Do it for free and post them out there on the free options site.
